At CSphere Inc, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on eligibility, timelines, and the return process.

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
  • The product must not be damaged, used, or altered in any way

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened software or digital downloads
  • Gift cards and warranties
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  1. Return Process
    To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Email us at contact@csphereinc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond with return instructions and a shipping label (if eligible)
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

  1. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item)
  1. Exchanges
    If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us at contact@csphereinc.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  2. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. If you receive a prepaid label from us, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process.
