Thank you for shopping with CSphere Inc. We are committed to delivering your electronics quickly, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders within the United States.
- Shipping Coverage
CSphere Inc currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping currently. - Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2 PM (ET), on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the following business day. - Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – FREE on orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available in select areas; additional fees apply
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that the estimated delivery windows do not include processing time.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account at www.csphereinc.com. - Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high order volume, or carrier issues. CSphere Inc is not responsible for shipping delays once an item has been dispatched. - Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Email us at contact@csphereinc.com with your order number and any relevant details or photos. - Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. CSphere Inc is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order. - Multiple Shipments
